I've been very fortunate to check this one off my bucket list a few times - Niagara Falls. It is one of the tallest and most beautiful in North America and a stunning site to see. It's a pretty cool experience when you get to see the falls from down below in the Maid of the Mist. However, the last time we went, we didn't take the magical boat right. Instead, we just viewed the falls from both the American and Canadian sides for different perspectives.
The last time we went, it was Thanksgiving weekend 2008. Everything was decorated for Christmas - the shops, the town, and even the falls! The streets were lined with Christmas lights and light up decorations, and the falls were colored red, green, and blue - colors of the season. They were gorgeous changing colors every few minutes. It's definitely a peaceful place, and I look forward to the time we get to go back again!
